Commercial Tire Sales Representative

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Schedule: Monday - Friday, with rotating Saturdays

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer service inquiries professionally and promptly
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair and service process
• Provide exceptional customer service by offering updates on service status, completion times, and any changes
• Oversee the entire sales and repair process to ensure all customer concerns are addressed
• Offer concierge-level support to ensure a positive experience for every customer
• Provide detailed product and service knowledge and answer customer questions regarding vehicle operations and characteristics
• Create and close work orders for services rendered
• Recommend additional sales or parts as needed
• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong understanding of vehicles and automotive service
