Insight Global is seeking an experienced Communications Manager who will be responsible for supporting the Deputy Director of Customer and Community Transition, contributing to the development and implementation of strategic communications and programs relevant to the roll out of a new payment system. This role will help educate and support internal and external customers and communities. This Communications Manager will also assist in the planning and execution of department projects, ad hoc administrative requests, and take on other administrative duties as needed. This compensation range is $35 to $42/hr based on years of experience. This will a Hybrid role with 2-3 Days a week onsite in Downtown Boston.

Required Skills & Experience

Two (2) years of related communications and project management experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of basic communications principles with an understanding of best practices for external and internal communications within the context of a large organization.
Experience with Project Management Software known as Asana or any similar systems like Jira, Smartsheet, Airtable, Hive ETC
Excellent organizational, confidentiality, multi-tasking and time management skills.
Strong writing, computer and analytical skills.

Experience working in public sector
