Community and Physician Relations Manager - Texas Health Urgent Care

Work location: Remote but will need to travel to THUC Sites and Community Events

Work hours: Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm but will need to attend events on weekends and evenings

Here's What You Need

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 4 years experience in related field with sales experience required

What You Will Do

This position oversees the development and strategic planning to support initiatives of Community Relations at THUC. Creates, plans and oversees outreach programs that engage, support and partner with the community and produce a positive impact to THUC. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop clear objectives and deliver meaningful and measurable results.

• Develop, carry out and track the results of marketing, advertising and promotional plans for selected service lines. Direct resources and efforts to THUC that have areas of growth possibility and need. Partner with Data Analytics to develop report to measure performance.

• Own the planning and lead the execution of organic social media campaigns for consumer acquisition and retention. Explore additional channels to drive growth, including blog campaigns, sponsored articles and video. Collaborate with cross-functional Marketing and Brand team to identify opportunities through creative assets.

• Coordination and supervision of event planning by having exceptional organizational and project management skills. Experience in owning 3rd party relationships to increase brand awareness and/or increase patient acquisition funnel while representing THUC. Collaborates with other Texas Health Resources Leadership to maintain positive relationships throughout the system and support of strategic initiatives.

• Maintain excellent communication between THUC facility and referral sources.

• Commitment and demonstrable activity with area chambers, business, or religiously affiliated groups and community service organizations.

• Other duties as assigned.
