We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team this individual will primarily function as an Office Assistant for Community Development on a temporary, part-time basis. He or she will perform general office support duties and clerical support to (CD Administrative Coordinator). The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our systems, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring timely and efficient data management

Position Requirements

Employee should have working knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, equipment, and various computer products, including Microsoft programs. Strong organizational skills, as well as superb communication skills, both oral and written. Requires high school graduation or equivalent supplemented by additional business and/or computer courses and two years of experience in administrative support duties. Demonstrated ability in use Microsoft Office products required. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered. Successful candidate must pass organization's pre-employment drug screen and background screening process. Valid NC driver's license required.

• Inputting data from various sources into the company database with high accuracy and speed

• Verifying accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents

• Updating and maintaining data within established systems and databases

• Performing regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors

• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data entry or similar role

• Proficiency in data entry software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Must be able to handle disgruntled callers professionally, effectively, and with tact

• Other duties may be assigned"
