Position Summary:
As the Community Engagement & Marketing Coordinator, you will be at the heart of promoting our brand, fostering community connections, and driving customer engagement. Your role is multifaceted, with a key focus on managing marketing budgets, facilitating communication with our stores, and nurturing our online presence. Your contributions will be instrumental in elevating our company's visibility and impact in the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Budget and Strategy:
-Develop and oversee the company's marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
-Collaborate closely with the senior management team to create and implement marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness and foster robust customer engagement.

Store Communication:
-Act as the linchpin in effective communication with our stores, overseeing promotional activities, events, and marketing initiatives.
-Collaborate seamlessly with store teams to ensure alignment with corporate marketing strategies.

Customer Data Management:
-Take charge of the maintenance and utilization of customer data, with a particular focus on the Ace Rewards program information.
-Guarantee the accuracy and currency of customer records, supporting targeted marketing efforts, including house accounts and larger customers with established credit lines.

Promotion File Management:
-Own and manage the promotional files, working in coordination with the Director of Inventory Control to address -Epicor system-related issues.

Website and Social Media:
-Maintain and refresh our company's website, ensuring dynamic and captivating content.
-Manage our social media platforms, promptly responding to inquiries and actively engaging with our online community to cultivate brand loyalty.

Event Planning and Promotion:
-Drive the planning, marketing, and execution of monthly company events, ranging from product demonstrations to grilling events.
-Explore opportunities beyond the traditional playbook to craft unique and unforgettable experiences for our customers.

Community Outreach and Donations:
-Cultivate and maintain relationships with local community organizations, positioning our company as a committed community partner.
-Efficiently manage donation requests and collaborate closely with Managers and District Managers to inspire local community involvement.

Co-op Management:
-Collaborate effectively with co-op marketing partners to ensure the maximum value and effectiveness of co-op initiatives.

Compensation Details
$40k - $50k

Minimum Qualifications:
-Proven experience in marketing and communications.
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Proven knowledge of marketing concepts / strategy and budget management.
-Willingness to travel to all store locations.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-Ability to organize and execute events.
-Ability to create employee-focused materials to help execute programs.
-Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
-Ability to present in front of large and small groups of people.
-Flexible schedule, willing to work evenings and weekends as needed for special events, etc.
