Responsibilities:

- Maintain census of the facility on a constantly high occupancy level
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives
- Oversee all marketing activities, including market research, content marketing, and copywriting ,
- Communicate with Hospital ,Nursing Homes , Shelters and all referral sources to ensure best commination for any referral
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Create and manage marketing budgets
- Coordinate print advertising campaigns and collateral production
- Drive social media marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure effective marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals

Skills:
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of market research techniques and analysis
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools for campaign management and lead nurturing
- Ability to effectively manage budgets and allocate resources for optimal results
- Experience in print advertising, including design concepts and production processes
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms and their role in brand building
- Familiarity with advertising principles and ability to create impactful campaigns

Must have existing relationships in healthcare within the Manhattan/Bronx Area.
