Arrowhead Behavioral Health is a private behavioral health treatment facility located just outside of Toledo in historic Maumee, Ohio. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive psychiatric treatment and chemical dependency services to adults age 18 and older. Located on eight lush acres in Arrowhead Park, our facility offers a private, confidential and non-institutional environment conducive to healing and recovery.

The Community Liaison is a full time position responsible for serving as a link between Arrowhead Behavioral Health and the referral sources within the community. This individual will travel throughout an assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to provide current information on the services offered in mental health and substance abuse treatment and to attend to any customer service issues that may affect the relationship between the referral source and the hospital. Reports are required to document all sales calls, use of an Outlook calendar to organize work schedule, along with completion of a weekly expense report. Attend and host events to enhance the public image of the hospital.

Qualifications

Education/Experience : Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in marketing or sales; or one to two years of outside sales experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

License/Certification : Current driver's license, clean driving record and able to use your personal vehicle for work. Must be able to travel 100% of the time to local, state-wide and locations out of the area.

Knowledge: Prefer knowledge of the Northwest and Northern Ohio behavioral health marketplace, insurance plans, target markets and referral sources, psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment and, age-specific programming. Must possess demonstrated superior leadership abilities and excellent written and oral communication skills; knowledge of and skills in application of marketing principles including product, placement, pricing and promotion as well as management of sales, advertising, social media, online presence and, public relations resources; creativity and flexibility; skills in data collection and analysis, interpretation, application and, evaluation; strategic planning skills; record of adherence to deadlines; customer service skills; teaching or training skills; willingness to travel, including overnight travel as required.
