We currently have an excellent opportunity for a part-time Retail Clerk based in our Las Vegas In-N-Out Burger Company Store (4888 Dean Martin Dr., Las Vegas, NV 89103). The Retail Clerk will also be responsible for covering shifts at our retail store that is located at the Linq location (3545 Las Vegas Blvd., 89109). This person will be responsible for obtaining or receiving merchandise, accepting payments, and providing excellent customer service in the retail store. Position starts at $17.75/Hour.

General Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist our walk-in customers in our Las Vegas Company Stores
• Demonstrate a positive personality; strong commitment to helping In-N-Out customers and associates
• Possess outstanding customer service skills
• Obtain merchandise requested by customer, or receive merchandise selected by customer
• Stock shelves, counters or tables with merchandise
• Answer customer questions about merchandise and offer suggestions
• Keep the store and showroom clean and orderly
• Cashier and stock merchandise in the store
• Place and verify orders to restock the storage room
• Ensure inventory levels are correctly maintained and stored in the correct locations
• Effectively communicate with your fellow team members; excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Work well with the Baldwin Park corporate warehouse regarding any issues with quantity or quality of merchandise
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and recognize security risks and thefts
• Assist with other projects as assigned by Merchandise Manager

• Part-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
• Part-time hours: Average 20-24 hours per week
• Schedule: Varied days: 7 days availability anywhere from 9:00 am to 11:30 pm
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Will be rotating between two store locations: Dean Martin and Linq Company Stores

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of customer's service experience
• Strong customer service skills required
• Strong computer and typing skills; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong initiative; Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction and supervision
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with team
• Valid Nevada Driver's License
