Compensation Analyst

Solomon Page is recruiting for a compensation analyst with a great organization in Columbia, MD The role is Hybrid- 3 days onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Perform job evaluation and market pricing using various methods and tools.
• Participate in and analyze compensation surveys to benchmark the organization's pay practices.
• Support the design, development, implementation, and administration of incentive compensation programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state wage and hour laws and regulations.
• Advise managers and employees on compensation policies and practices.
• Assist and monitor the annual compensation review process using Workday reporting and analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in compensation analysis or related field.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Working knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS systems.
• Familiarity with compensation surveys and market data sources.
• Knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred.
