Responsibilities:




Will work closely with 2 other leaders. As well as teams from 8-10 different regions.

• Should have experience with Root Cause Analysis, Compliance and Distribution Safety

• Manages overall schedule to ensure that incidents are reported on time

• Will need to become familiar with Corteva Shipping Safety standards to investigate and troubleshoot incidents

• Experience with Databases and become SME on reporting tools; IMDG, IOTA

• Experience with Supply Chain Logistics

• Need to have knowledge of shipping & compliance

• Can also have warehouse/trucking experience if also has experience with compliance

• Virtual Interviews will likely be submitted during 1st week of Sept and will take place 2nd week of Sept.

Global Governance and Support:

• Maintain training framework for transport regulations globally for all persons involved in the transport, handling, packaging, and labeling of materials and products

Unplanned Events and Root Cause Investigations:

• Manage the global distribution incident/unplanned event reporting, data collection, communication, and follow up processes

• Maintain tracking, metrics, and goal reporting

• Ensure root cause actions are completed, and trends are identified and addressed

• Subject matter expert for all associated reporting systems

Distribution Risk Program:

• Own and maintain the Distribution Risk Review schedule

• Manage compliance schedule for the regional LSP audits

• Ensure compliance with process and timely completion of any follow up items identified

• Participate in Internal DSS audits as needed

• Manage training requirements and compliance

Supply Chain Quality & Compliance:

• Maintain tracking, metrics, and goal reporting

• Identify safety and regulatory improvement opportunities and ensure follow up and completion

• Maintain SME status with tools such as EtQ Reliance and CAMs

• Support International Trade metric reporting and audits as needed

Project Management:

• Lead and contribute to associated global initiatives within the Supply Chain organization

• Identify improvement opportunities and ensure follow-up and completion

• Participate in all projects related to the implementation of regulatory changes

• Contribute to Root Cause Investigations of transport incidents and follow-up of the corrective actions

Education/Certification/ Experience Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Business Management with some related expertise in Logistics and EH&S

• Knowledge of information systems supporting logistics activities

• Knowledge of Power BI
