Our telecom customer is in need of 2 Cybersecurity Compliance Analysts. These people will work in the Cybersecurity space and report to the Policy and Compliance Team. The need arose due to new IT contractual obligations. This person will be responsible for reviewing, collecting evidence, and ensuring that these new regulations and policies are implemented and followed correctly.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or Cybersecurity.
Strong knowledge of various cybersecurity principles and IT knowledge - domain access, security controls and regulations, monitoring, incident response, identity and access management, etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Hands on experience with security monitoring and testing
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to complete within established time frames.
Ability to work independently without direct supervision, self-motivated, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to learn and adapt to new or evolving technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Background in security auditing and/or compliance.
Understanding of IT change management methodologies
Prior SOC experience or regulatory audit background.
