A aerospace company is seeking an Ethics & Compliance Specialists to support the Issue Review Team (IRT) within the Risk Reporting Organization. As an Ethics and Compliance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in upholding ethical standards and ensuring compliance within our organization. You will be responsible for receiving and managing incoming reports of ethical concerns or potential compliance violations from both internal and external parties. Your expertise in conducting intake interviews, analyzing reported issues, and performing thorough due diligence will be crucial in identifying risks and determining the most effective resolutions.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in Ethics or Compliance
5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
2+ years of experience in monitoring risks and compliance requirements

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working in engineering or manufacturing settings, with involvement in product safety or quality evaluations
Experience working in a human resources, ethics and compliance, equal employment (EEO), corporate investigations, or legal capacity
Strong understanding of ethical principles, compliance regulations, and risk management concepts.
Strong organizational skills and advanced multi-tasking; priorities setting and following a timeline
Self-starter and can work independently with minimal functional oversight.
Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
