About the Team:
Our team's goal is to build a stable team of dedicated Compliance Program Managers to support ads product design and development from a compliance and privacy perspective and maintain overall compliance risk at an acceptable level. The Compliance Program Manager will work with product team and Legal team to provide compliance-related consultation advice to minimize the negative revenue impact of compliance and support ads businesses' long-term, sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building compliance product strategy and approach for TikTok Monetization-Ads
- Collaborate with Legal, public policy and public communications teams to evaluate compliance approach and impacts on Monetization products and processes
- Lead compliance and privacy -related project management throughout product lifecycle, managing cross-functional efforts including business development, product design, engineering and go-to-market
- Lead internal communications about compliance strategy, ensure implementation and resolving compliance issues
- Collaborate with Legal and product teams on responding to internal and external audits and inquiries

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 3+ years of experience in program management, product management or strategy within digital advertising
- A strong understanding and experience in compliance, privacy protection, laws and regulations
- Self-motivated with excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role and experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred since you will interact with stakeholders in China, the US, and occasionally other regions.
