Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to drive improvements with the compliance processes, optimize the audit and review process, build and maintain programs and conduct compliance investigations. The position will focus on information review, analysis, investigation, reporting and auditing while utilizing established standards of practice set forth by the Company and regulatory entities.

Education & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Must be skilled in the Microsoft Office suite of tools including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
  • Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Must have good time management skills.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Mush have clear, concise and logical writing style with the ability to write professional reports and display professional conduct.
  • Must have the ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to work with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Must be willing to travel to facilities and/or meetings, as needed.

Experience:
  • Administrator or Clinical background in long term care preferred.
