In this position you will provide patient care for our Medicare Advantage patients that is compassionate, appropriate, and effective for the treatment of health problems and the promotion of health with preventative care as the core approach. This role will take you out of the "home" clinic and into a mobile van going to the patient or imbedded with one of our partner clinics for a day.

Required Qualifications:

• N.P or P.A
• Medical Licensure in the State of New Mexico or ability to obtain prior to employment
• DEA license or ability to obtain prior to employment
