Job Description:

Provide technical and general computing support for computers and embedded systems for a mission critical manufacturing environment. General duties will include prepping and deploying machines, troubleshooting problems with existing hardware, software, network, etc.

Essential Functions:
  • Troubleshoot, prep, maintain, and upgrade computing hardware.
  • Provide end user support for custom developed software and some general off the shelf software.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-3 years of prior related experience.
  • Must be a United States Citizen.

Preferred Additional Skills:
  • General problem solving skills.
  • Proficient with general computing and computer network equipment.
  • Proficient with Active Directory.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Strong Communication.
  • Ability to manage tasks and multitask.
  • Knowledge of SQL / SSMS / SSRS is a plus.
  • Experienced with SMT technologies and equipment is a plus.
  • Interest in Software Development is a plus.
