This role provides information to guest/visitor inquiries and coordinates all guest requests for special arrangements or services courteously and efficiently. Escorts VIPs to assigned guestrooms, informing guests of hotel services, features, and amenities. Attends to immediate needs of VIPs upon arrival and follows through attention throughout the stay.

Responsibilities:

• Provides information to guest/visitor inquiries.
• Coordinate all guest requests for special arrangements or services.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years experience in a similar capacity as a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel.
• Knowledge of local restaurants, museums, and attractions.
• Exceptional communication skills.

The pay scale for this position is between $21.00 and $22.00/hour plus commissions. This is the pay range for this position that the Hotel reasonably expects to pay.
