Job Description:

Concierge Safety Representative needs good general health without physical defects or abnormalities that would interfere with performance of essential duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Concierge Safety Representative requires:

• Possess binocular vision correctable to 20/30; be able to discriminate standard colors; be capable of hearing ordinary conversation at twenty (20) feet and whispered conversation at ten (10) feet within each ear correctable with the benefit of a hearing aid; be fully capable of performing normal or emergency duties requiring moderate to arduous physical exertion such as:
• Standing or walking for an entire shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Climbing stairs and ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Running, with or without reasonable accommodation. o Officer should maintain professional standards of personal appearance.
• The standard of appearance of concierge security officer requires that individuals present a neat appearance.
• Skilled at providing a high level of customer service for visitors/employees, protection for occupants, and safeguarding physical property.
  

Concierge Safety Representative duties:

• Greet, check in, and direct visitors in a professional manner
• Enforce access control and assuring that only authorized personnel enter the building
• Monitor operational procedures and surveillance of assigned areas
• Protecting property from theft, accidents, fire, and other threats
• Control vehicular traffic as appropriate, operate golf cart
• Respond to medical emergencies and calls for assistance
