Our client is seeking a Compliance Construction Specialist to join their team in North America. This individual will be responsible for environmental compliance across a range of solar and renewable energy sites. This position does require occasional travel (20%) to field sites as needed. Responsibilities include managing compliance spreadsheets for the Pacific Northwest, managing contractors that are doing the actual field inspections. The scope of projects is focused on Renewable energy and this person will be managing a set of renewable projects for energy compliance not writing the permits but understanding them. There is opportunity for overtime as well as some weekend hours if there is an issue.

Required Skills & Experience

5-7 years experience with permitting and construction compliance
Experience with a range of regulatory permits (land use permits, endangered species act, section 404)
Background in Biology, Environmental Planner, etc.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Renewable Energy experience
