Job Title: Construction Coordinator

Location: Beautiful office space in Los Angeles, CA 90064.

Pay: $22-25/Hr. (Direct Hire Position)

Summary: As a Construction Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our construction division, overseeing tasks ranging from customer calls to project planning and execution. Your attention to detail and superb organizational skills will ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure our clients receive top-notch service and support throughout the construction process.
• Project Initiation: Kickstart projects by entering leads into our system, scheduling initial visits, and educating clients on the process.
• Project Planning: Work closely with Construction Managers to finalize project scopes, communicate with clients, and coordinate subcontractors and permits.
• Project Execution: Keep projects on track by updating budgets, ordering materials, and maintaining communication with all stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

• Work Experience: Minimum of two years as a project coordinator in the restoration/ construction industry.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with business software technologies.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Formal Education/Training:

• High school diploma/GED required; associate's/bachelor's degree preferred.
