Insight Global is looking for a qualified Construction Manager to act as the Owner's Representative on federal construction project, ensuring successful project delivery by overseeing all aspects of construction management. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, safety, quality, and coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experince in federal construction projects, and a deep understanding of federal regulations and compliance requirements. Supporting the Architect of the Capitol, this position offers the unique opportunity to work on some the most historic and iconic buildings in the nation.
Day-to-Day:
* Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, safety & risk) with little oversight from leadership.
* Lead engagement with the federal customer and provide project updates and reporting from field team.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the owner and contractors.
* Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
* Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders, providing updates on project status.
* Coordinate with federal agencies, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
* Maintain clear and effective communication with all project participants.
* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Ensure that safety protocols are strictly followed.
* Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and reports.
* Prepare and present progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
* 10+ years of experience minimum in vertical/facilities construction management.
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction/Project Management or related field.
* PMP, Professional Engineer (PE), or Professional Architecture (A.J.A) Professional Certification.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Proficiency in Primavera, estimating and PROLOG or E-Builder Platforms.
