* Construction Project Management (e.g. observation of the constructed work, project progress reports, project team coordination for all construction submittals, direct client and CMF coordination, timely delivery of responses to all construction submittals, RFI's, RFC's, CO's, etc.)

* QA/QC reviews and compliance

* Function as Onsite Safety Officer (will be trained upon hiring)

* Work with Construction Contractor in expediting solutions to technical field problems

* Review all construction submittals

* Coordinate directly with Lead Design Engineer and Design Team discipline leads on all design changes and construction submittals

* Participate in the negotiation of change orders specific to design changes

* Meet document control requirements, including filing of all construction-related documents

Required Skills & Experience

* Certified Construction Manager OR Professional Engineer (PE) licenses/certifications

* Bachelor's degree in engineering or another related field

* Experience in the design and/or construction engineering fields

* Have supervised construction projects in the field, including the following:

o minimum of $50 million construction value for each project

o held a lead role (e.g. Lead Technical Engineer/Project Manager/Engineer-of-Record/Construction Manager) on at least one (1) of the two (2) projects

o supervised construction related to vertical and horizontal infrastructure

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Experience in construction contract administration

* Construction cost estimating and scheduling experience.
