About the Role:

As a CBRE Construction Project Management Coordinator, you will assist the team with basic administrative tasks related to construction projects.

This job is part of the Construction Management function. They are responsible for ensuring all deliverables of construction projects are completed on time.

This is a US based remote role, the selected candidate should be self-motivated and able to work across multiple US time zones during standard business hours.

What You'll Do:

Proofread to ensure consistency of style, tone, and formatting of all construction reports before issuing to clients.

Coordinate with accounting for billing of construction reports.

Collect initial project data and assist management in the preparation of proposals for clients.

Research and assist with the coordination of outreach to all third-party consultants across the U.S.

Coordinate with HR and IT as needed for various department tasks.

May act as the POC for internal team regarding helpdesk support items and various IT issues.

Understand and follow company operating procedures. Alert management of any wrongdoings.

Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.

Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.

Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

What You'll Need:

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.

• Prior construction experience is helpful but not required.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

• Ability to learn and utilize other software platforms for use within the group.

• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Equal Pay Disclaimer: CBRE Carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $21.63 per hour or USD $45,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $26.44 per hour or USD $55,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Vision Insurance.
