Construction Project Manager

D2D:
Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager, to sit in or around Crown Point, Indiana. The Project Manager will be responsible for various utility/industrial construction projects such as substation projects, distribution line projects, transformer projects, and Transmission Line projects, handling them from cradle to grave. They will be responsible for a managing contractors, coordinating with the accounting, estimating, purchasing, and scheduling, and communicating project progress and weekly updates to the clients

Other responsibilities include:
- Project initiation - develop client proposals, defining scope of work, schedule, budgets, subcontractors, etc.
- Leading project teams, ensuring all goals and timelines are met and followed.
- Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate detailed phases of engineering work
- Track project expenditures, cost and schedule performance, and project controls
They will see projects from cradle to grave, and oversee a variety of projects at once that are in different stages of completion.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-7 YOE with Project Management in utilities/industrial space
- substation, transmission line, or distribution line project experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- PMP
- SAP or Ariba Experience
