A modern home remodeling and construction services company in Pacific Beach, CA is searching for a motivated Construction Sales Rep to join their team! This exciting role involves selling high-ticket construction projects such as remodels and ADUS across San Diego. The position requires no cold calling, instead, you ll be provided hot leads and be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, without needing to manage the projects post-sale. They are looking for a top sales performer with experience in the construction industry, preferably with experience selling ADUs who is looking for a new opportunity with a very lucrative earnings potential. Salary Range: $70, 000 - $75, 000 / year DOE

Construction Sales Rep Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the construction industry
• Proven track record of selling high-ticket construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction sales processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and AutoCAD;experience with Zoho CRM preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred;relevant experience considered
• Experience as a drafter, architect, or designer is preferred
• Specific experience in selling ADUs is a plus
• Strong ability to build rapport and close deals efficiently

Construction Sales Rep Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers onsite at their homes to discuss project vision and requirements
• Conduct follow-up meetings in the office to finalize project details
• Utilize company software to build detailed estimates quickly
• Attend weekly staff meetings at the office
• Focus on closing sales with provided leads, targeting 2 projects per month
• Collaborate with the design/build team for project handoff
