Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Seattle, Washington and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Design and prototype customer-facing growth strategies and innovation portfolios to enable global Fortune 500 companies to drive innovation and achieve new market/industry penetration in targeted geographies. Examine products to determine how they historically and currently interact with users from different demographics and in different job functions and identify risk potential for negative user experience. Provide guidance and direction to corporate on the product engagement of diverse consumers. Organize and determine customer profile, campaign management, and offer management, and differentiate service offering to demonstrate Deloitte's capabilities. Identify and address the unique needs and challenges of various customers, analyze digital platforms, and engage users from different demographics in order to assess the risk potential for negative user experience. Develop and prioritize advanced analytics use cases throughout customer journeys in order to improve customer experience, customer enablement, and customer retention. Design experiments and testing methods to assess effectiveness of different digital marketing approaches and optimize marketing strategy to drive customer outcome.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $124,950.00 - $208,250.00.

- Designing Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards, including Pricing Waterfall Analysis, Funnel Progression, Customer Segmentation, Margin Scatter Plot, and Price Bands Analysis and developing advanced dashboard functionalities, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Power BI, QlikView, Qlik Sense, and Tableau;
- Creating highly detailed user flows, process flows, and annotated wireframes, and designing interactions for complex applications, utilizing MS Word and Visio, Lucidchart, and Figma;
- Performing analytics and building visualizations, including dashboards, stories, trendlines and statistics, data manipulation, visuals and data analysis of whale curves, Pareto charts, dispersion graphs, and heatmaps, utilizing MS Power BI, QlikView, Qlik Sense, and Tableau;
- Building advanced presentations to include project timeline charts, visual graphics, infographics, clean and consistent formatting, storyboarding, process documentation, industry snapshots, client analysis, executive summaries, and client case studies and credentials, utilizing MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to perform process optimization for purposes of cost reduction and improved efficiency, utilizing Atlassian Jira, Slack, and MS DevOps;
- Designing A/B, Multi-variant testing, and customer satisfaction surveys utilizing Adobe Target, and Qualtrics, to optimize digital marketing strategy and customer experience; and
- Determining marketing strategy using analytics insights for cross industry to advise on demand generation and campaign strategies based on market benchmark, customer segmentation, marketing funnel assessment and ROI (Return on Investment) analysis.
