Consulting Sr Partner Marketing Manager , AWS Marketing

Do you want to work with consulting partners and advisory firms? This is a unique opportunity to help build and drive marketing plans and initiatives with AWS's consulting partners globally. We are looking for candidates with a passion for thought leadership, strategic initiative experience, executive engagement skills and marketing expertise in campaign design, marketing strategies, content and social media. This role spans multiple partners and is responsible for campaign success rates, new thought leadership created, raising the visibility of these partners with AWS internally and externally and finding customer references. This role works closely across multiple stakeholder groups and teams (like AR, PR, Social, Executive Engagement, Sponsorship, Sales and more). The ideal candidate will have a marketing background developing strategies and plans, worked with consulting partners in their career, and has global experience. Key job responsibilities

Build and develop global marketing plans with partners, manage the marketing budget for these partners (including MDF), and work with the GEOs to execute locally on the marketing plans. This role also creates partner references, content (white paper, blogs, social, videos), and builds strategies to share and amplify these widely.

A day in the life

No day with partners is ever the same, so it's always Day One! In any given day, you would check a dashboard on partner performance, update and work on a variety of marketing projects across your assigned partners, make recommendation on branding or content and participate in strategy meetings and events with your partners. You may travel on a plane to an event, write a narrative or collaborate with other teams to help ensure success.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

- 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
