Job Title: Loan Operations Specialist/ Consumer Client Services
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $21.25/Hr on W2
Duration:5+Month on contract

Job Summary:
The Loan Operations Specialist is responsible for performing accurate and timely loan transactions, account research, loan maintenance, escrow processing, and wire transfers. This role involves handling balance verification requests from internal and external parties, managing loan and deposit products, and ensuring system integrity through regular report reviews. The specialist will resolve account discrepancies, communicate effectively with requesters, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Providing excellent customer service and collaborating with team members to meet daily objectives is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

• Process loan transactions, account maintenance, and wire transfers.
• Respond to balance verification requests (e.g., audits, credit investigations, government inquiries).
• Ensure system integrity by reviewing reports and addressing potential issues.
• Research and resolve discrepancies, collaborating with the accounting department as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist team members with workload and support process improvements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (college preferred) with a strong accounting background.
• 1+ years of experience with bank loan and deposit products.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of loan accounting, government regulations, and loan systems (e.g., Hogan, ALS, CLS, Loan IQ).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Proficiency in the following KeyCorp systems: Hogan, ALS, CLS, Loan IQ, Lotus Notes, Document Direct, KeyView Deluxe Working knowledge of loan accounting and loan systems
