Join us.The Global Business Marketing team champions TikTok in the B2B world through education, inspiration and creativity. This team works to set advertisers up for success on the platform, through sales enablement and education. We develop the creative support material and thought leadership collateral that is the voice of TikTok for Business.

We're seeking a Content Strategist focusing on showcasing the opportunity of connecting with our biggest & most relevant communities on TikTok, as well as bringing to life the potential of activating the world's biggest tentpole moments on TikTok to B2B advertising and client audiences. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and curious but is, first and foremost, a visionary strategist with a knack for executional follow-through. They are a gifted storyteller, with the ability to translate insights into clear & compelling positioning and marketing outputs that are uniquely ownable to TikTok. They have an appetite for learning and are comfortable working outside their primary skill set and comfort zone. The Community and Moments team educates and inspires brands about the opportunity that lives at the intersection of TikTok's vibrant communities, our product solutions, and advertiser goals. The best candidates will be passionate about developing strategic points of view and marketing content that gets marketers to lean in and succeed on the platform.

Responsibilities
- Craft clear, actionable POVs for North America marketing and seller use with our advertising partners. Your marketing outputs should connect to the challenges and needs of clients and agencies, and are inherently TikTok in tone, inspiring creativity and joy.
- Craft clear, actionable content for marketing and global seller use with advertising partners, whether developing a pitch deck for a major tentpole moment or finding the most compelling way to position a TikTok Community. You'll be working across a variety of formats and assets, such as presentation decks, one sheeters, TikToks, TikTok for Business blog posts, videos/sizzles, case studies and white papers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts and stakeholders to shape, create and scale this content. Facilitate brainstorms and cultivate cross-functional alignment within internal stakeholders.
- Seamlessly incorporate priority ad products and best practices with data backed inspiration.
- Bring a strong POV on how to approach each project most meaningfully. Ask the right questions to get to not just what's asked, but what's needed.
- Multi-task across simultaneous projects and deadlines, collaborating with appropriate team members.
- Represent the voice of TikTok and adhere to our brand tone.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and guide the socialization of Community and Moments intelligence in support of an insights-first sales marketing approach.
- Anticipate prospective and current advertisers' needs based on a keen understanding of digital marketing trends and challenges and provide proactive inspiration and recommendations.
- Develop processes and frameworks to accelerate go-to-market selling opportunities throughout the year.
- Continue to innovate on new ways to bring our content to life, in a way that continues to drive reach and scale of the assets.
- Forge partnerships across Integrated Marketing, Marketing Solutions, Marketing Science, Studio, Product and Sales teams to unlock the most strategic, innovative marketing solutions for TikTok advertisers looking to market around communities, seasonal moments, occasions, and cultural tentpoles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Global Business Marketing teams to scale marketing outputs across regions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- An expert on culture, communities, and moments.
- Minimum 4 years experience in a content marketing/content strategy role at a top-tier media agency, publisher, brand or B2B marketing.
- Knowledge of the media planning process with demonstrated experience in digital marketing or B2B marketing experiences.
- Strong grasp on the role communities and moments play on TikTok, its effect on culture, and creators with a keen understanding of what is relevant and an eye for upcoming trends.
- Ability to tell compelling stories with your strategic thinking, and proof that you've done so successfully.
- Comfortable concepting, developing, and delivering innovative marketing collateral and outputs.
- Expertise navigating research, with an ability to translate insights into clear positioning and narratives that are ownable to TikTok.
- Someone who is as much a writer as a content strategist, bringing a strong POV on approach and deliverables for each project.
