Work you'll do:
In this role you will support a federal government client in helping state, local, tribal, or territorial stakeholders identify risks and vulnerabilities, predict the consequences of a disruption to their operations, and gather information needed to develop continuity and recovery strategies. This support may take place in a technical assistance workshop environment, interagency working sessions, or through training delivery. Other duties may include the development or revision of continuity-related training courses and overseeing various administrative and planning tasks in support of the client's national training program.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active Top Secret security clearance required with SCI eligibility.
- Must be local to Washington DC area and able to come onsite in the Washington DC area.
- Travel to client sites every 2 months for 2-3 days at a time.
- FEMA Level I Professional Continuity Practitioner certification
- Ability to obtain FEMA Level II Master Continuity Practitioner certification
- 1+ year of experience assisting facilitating and planning of workshops
- 1+ year of stakeholder engagement
- 1+ year of experience with continuity policy and planning concepts
- FEMA Level II Master Continuity Practitioner certification
