The AWS Global Data Center Supply Solutions Team is looking for a talented, experienced Contract Administrator to manage the ingestion of all datacenter, colocation and owned site contracts/documents in the lease database tool. In this role, you will be a key member of the Portfolio & Asset Management team, and report directly to the Global Head of Portfolio & Asset Management.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills that can work independently. Candidate should possess a high level of financial acumen and be able to excel in an extremely fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.

Key job responsibilities

• \tManage the contract/document intake process

• \tConducts quality reviews of documentation

• \tConfirm proper initial database set-up for each contract

• \tInitiate contract abstraction by third-party abstraction team

• \tManage the contract integration between the legal tool and the lease database

• \tAssist in updating and maintaining process guides

• \tPartner with legal, lease tech and other partner teams to ensure completeness

• \tSupport lease auditing activity

• \tSupport the preparation of monthly portfolio metric reporting

• \tSupport special projects

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we're the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• \tAA degree in business, real estate, or related experience

• \tMinimum two years in lease administration/lease abstraction & two years of experience in commercial real estate

• \tMinimum two years in Office Suite of products (excel, word, outlook) & two years using lease administration software (TRIRIGA, Accruent, Tango, etc)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• \tBS/BA degree in Business, Real Estate, or related experience

• \tThree or more years of experience in lease administration and/or lease abstraction

• \tExperience in data center/colocation real estate

• \tExperience managing internal stakeholder relationships and working successfully across organizations to deliver results requiring collaboration and coordination with multiple teams

• \tCompetence utilizing Tango or TRIRIGA real estate software platforms. The ability to work independently, deal with large volume, and prioritize effectively in a complex, ambiguous and fast-paced environment with strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to leadership teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $56,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $120,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
