They are actively seeking a Contract Analyst for theirVendor Management Team. The Contract Analyst will ensure all Third Party relationships are compliant with all applicable corporate, state, federal and regulatory requirements with a focus on Federal consumer financial laws. Develop and maintain effective relationships with key Business partners. Manage the complete contract lifecycle from negotiation, initial drafting, Business, Legal and other stakeholder approval, execution, and ongoing compliance. Assist Legal with review of Third Party contract templates to ensure the inclusion of provisions. Perform annual contract reviews and facilitate any necessary renewals for Third Party Vendors as well as amendments or terminations as required. Maintain appropriate documentation/approvals on file. Ensure agreements contain appropriate service levels, quality and security standards, performance metrics and financial penalties/incentives as required. Ensure corporate requirements are met by facilitating necessary documentation and reviews. Perform other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate who holds a Juris Doctorate mustin good standing of at least one US state bar or have earned a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Candidates who do not have a Juris Doctorate must have a strong background in contracting/legal background.

Vendor managers find the best vendor deals, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships while representing the company. Interpersonal skills, vendor managers interact with a variety of Third Parties, speaking with people of all ages and backgrounds. The service provider must be a member in good standing of at least one US state bar or have earned a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
Desired Skills
Juris Doctorate preferred but will consider applicants who have a strong contracting/legal background.
