Our client is looking to fill the role of Contract Attorney - Commercial Real Estate. The NY Admitted Attorney will assist in the Commercial Real Estate practice of a midtown firm. This position will start after Memorial Day and will be on site 2-4 days per week.
  • Pay $100-150/hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing, analyzing, and managing legal due diligence (including title, survey, environmental, and zoning); non-disclosure agreements and LOI's, and managing and closing complex commercial real estate transactions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be NY Admitted
  • Must have 5+ years of Commercial Real Estate Experience.
  • Must have significant experience in connection with commercial real estate transactions, including experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements.
  • Must be willing to be on-site 2-4 days per week
