Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Contract Closeout Administrator I in San Diego, CA.

Summary :

Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to join our fast-paced defense contractor environment as a Contract Closeout Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering contracts and subcontracts closeouts using established procedures in order to fulfill the Company's contractual rights and obligations. This position reports to the Senior Contracts Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Contract Closeout support activities include, but are not limited to, performing the following activities:

• Ensuring contract closeout documents are properly completed, submitted, and accepted in accordance with required deadlines. This includes preparing contract closeouts at the Prime level, Subcontract level, and requesting and receiving compliant closeout packages from Epsilon's subcontractors.
• Ensuring prior year indirect cost rates and all interim or disallowed costs are settled.
• Ensuring contractor's final invoice has been submitted.
• Ensuring contract funds review is completed and excess funds de-obligated.
• Preparing contracting completion statements.
• Ensuring final patent and royalty reports are cleared.
• Ensuring property clearance and plant clearance reports are received.
• Ensuring release of claims and assignment of refund, rebates, and credits documents are properly completed.
• Ensuring subcontracts are settled by the prime contractor.
• Maintaining configuration control and archives of all contract closeout documentation.
• Understanding the difference between compliant and non-compliant closeout documents and being able to work with the appropriate parties to correct any deficiencies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
• Excellent time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Deltek CostPoint experience

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is $63,000 To $73,000 Annually. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
