Contract Healthcare Recruiter

Our client is looking for a Contract Recruiter who specializes in recruiting X-ray Techs across multiple locations. This position is based in Clearwater, Florida and requires a hybrid schedule. These roles are critical but challenging to fill due to their specialized nature and geographic dispersion. As a Contract Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, recruiting and placing candidates in these high-demand roles.

Contract Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Utilize online platforms such as Indeed and ZipRecruiter, as well as other sourcing techniques, to identify and engage with potential candidates
• Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific healthcare roles
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably UKG

Contract Recruiter Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting for healthcare roles; must have recruited forSonographers, X-ray Techs and Radiological Technicians
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions (approximately 30) simultaneously, each requiring individualized recruiting efforts due to diverse locations
• Strong sourcing abilities with experience using online job boards and other recruitment tools to attract candidates in high-demand, niche markets
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers and senior leadership
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly UKG, is preferred
