This position is responsible for the installation and administration of assigned contracts, including, but not limited to: structure building and billing set up, eligibility collection, structure revisions, researching & resolving structure issues, database loading, and preparation of plan materials such as administrative documents and customer education materials. Positions are responsible for overall contract loading using various databases and/or source documents. May research installation issues & develop customer specific resolutions. May include auditing contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage intake, assisting with projects
- Triage requests based on status of provider
- Communicate with Care Delivery Organizations
- Communicate with providers
- Process contract terminations
- Training internal teams on systems
- Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
- Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others
- Works exclusively within a specific knowledge area
- Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
- Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise

Required Qualifications:
- Experience with claims
- Managed care experience
- Provider relations experience
Preferred Qualification:
- Provider contracting experience
