Primary Responsibilities:

• Skillfully execute monthly accounting tasks, such as processing accruals, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations, leveraging SAP expertise for maximum efficiency.
• Actively collaborate on month-end close processes to drive workflow efficiencies and optimize procedures for streamlined financial reporting.
• Assume responsibility for payroll accounting duties and reconciliations, conducting meticulous analysis of various incentive plans to ensure accuracy.
• Engage in the active implementation of accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS) and policy updates to maintain compliance and uphold best practices.
• Maintain the integrity of financial reports and transaction analysis with meticulous attention to detail, guaranteeing completeness and precision.
• Oversee the reconciliation of corporate transactions, managing credit cards, daily banking activities, and treasury operations with precision and accuracy.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of SG&A expenses to identify and address budget variances effectively, contributing to cost optimization endeavors.
• Provide valuable analytical support for special projects and internal reporting initiatives, offering insights to drive informed decision-making.
• Assume a pivotal role in supporting annual audits and maintaining financial information management systems, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Must Have:

• SAP experience - hit the ground running!

Preferred:

• Degree for consideration for a permanent role.
