About the role

The Contract Support Coordinator is responsible for customer onboarding process and supplier compliance requirements.

This is a remote role but must reside in the Irvine, California area to commute into the office from time to time as needed.

What you'll do
  • Complete, return, and maintain records of all supplier questionnaires including but are not limited to: Company's profile and information, Tax ID forms and billing information, Summary of our services and processes, Company's Certifications, Insurance Certifications & Sustainability Questionnaires
  • Maintain customer profiles and all necessary documentation within 3rd party qualification platforms such as ISNet, Avetta, GMRS, DBIDS SECNAV 5512/1, and others.
Maintain Client's requirements including but are not limited to: Insurance Requirements, Business Licenses, Client's information, Client's requirements

What you'll need
  • EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE A.S. or B.S. degree desirable. High School Diploma and four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM systems are required including computer savviness.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to customers, vendors and co-workers via phone and in person.
