A segment within the Power & Controls (P&C) business unit, Air Management Systems is seeking a highly energetic, self-starter Contracts Demand Administrator to support Boeing programs on our team in Windsor Locks, CT. The position reports to the Contracts Manager. The Demand Administrator will be responsible:

-Manage and be responsible for managing Customer Purchase Orders- scheduling and tracking.
-Manage and be responsible for all aspects of Customer Zero Hour Returned Units
-Support Program Office and Operations Teams
-Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
-Assist Contract Administrators with Account Receivable Issues
-Adhere to and comply with Standard Work Processes
-Adhere to Import/ Export Compliance Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Bachelors degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience OR
In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in a business or contracts related field preferred
• Existing proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• SAP knowledge preferred
• Proven ability to tactfully interface with external customers and cross-functional teams
