Contracts Manager

Solomon Page has partnered with a well known construction brand seeking a talented Contracts Manager to join their team. The perfect candidate will come with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in construction, and must be adept with the end-to-end process of contract creation and management. Previous legal experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify contract needs and develop strategies
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with vendors and clients
• Analyze and mitigate contract risks
• Develop and maintain contract templates and policies
• Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contracts management
• Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and DocuSign
