Pay Rate: Up to $31.25/hr ($65K annually) dependent on applicable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute monthly financial close processes with precision.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze and report financial variances against budget and forecast.
• Prepare and manage three-month financial forecasts.
• Conduct rate analysis and reviews to optimize financial performance.
• Communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively across teams.
• Manage the flow of accounting data from remote facilities, ensuring integrity and accuracy.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations.
• Play a key role in the annual financial budgeting process.
• Provide training to non-financial personnel on internal controls and procedures.
• Take on special projects as assigned, contributing to the company's overall success.

Requirements:
• Associates degree in accounting or finance preferred
• 1+ years of accounting experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and related accounting systems.
