Responsibilities

  • Leadership in Financial Management: Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of the General Accounting Department, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.
  • Strategic Financial Oversight: Utilize your expertise to generate comprehensive monthly financial statements, providing invaluable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Audit Preparation and Compliance: Champion audit readiness by meticulously approving documentation for interim and year-end audits, culminating in the preparation of the annual audit report and IRS 990 tax return.
  • System Proficiency: Master the intricacies of the Lawson Information System, leveraging it to streamline financial processes and maximize efficiency.
  • Analytical Excellence: Conduct thorough account analyses, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial data.


Qualifications

  • Seasoned Financial Professional: Bring at least five years of experience in financial operations, ideally within a healthcare environment, showcasing your ability to navigate complex financial landscapes with confidence.
