Job Summary: - Directs financial activities of the organization. - Establishes, or recommends to management, major economic objectives and policies for company. - Manages (owns) the monthly closing of financial activities including making journal entries to the General Ledger, ensuring subsidiary ledgers (AP, Payroll, Materials) are properly posted to the General Ledger, calculating and posting needed accruals, reviewing account balances and explaining significant variances and ensuring all Financial Statements are properly prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Policies. - Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activities and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present and expected operations. - Directs preparation of budgets. - Directs determination of depreciation rates to apply to capital assets. - Advises management on desirable operational adjustments due to tax code revisions. - Arranges for audits of company's accounts •*This position is eligible to be Hybrid, Remote-Friendly (this position may work remotely some of the time but most of the work is done in their physical office)**

Regulatory Requirements: - Accounting Degree required. - Highly developed organizational skills. - Recent financial/accounting experience in the hospital field.
