Insight Global is looking for a Controls Engineer for a large automotive client. This individual will join the company's IT In-Plant Implementations and New Model Programs team. This role will be responsible for the integration of software with vehicle operation tooling and process control systems in support of vehicle programs. You'll work with vendor controls engineers to install, test, and debug standard logic and drivers as well as perform PLC programming on the plant floor using various applications to configure IT systems and successfully transmit and provide data to different business units. This role will require travel within North America.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelors degree preferred
• 5 years of experience as Controls Engineer
• Experience with Allen Bradley/Rockwell PLC
• Experience programming and troubleshooting within RSLogix 500
• PanelView and HMI experience
• Experience working with SICK Scanners, Keyence Imager, or SmartEye Readers
• Understand of networking concept
