This Controls Engineer is going to support all equipment to make sure it is running, help with issue resolution, make sure it is up to controls standards and troubleshoot when needed.
* 70% troubleshooting machines (Groves, Mazac, Hellars, Monarch)
* 30% programming in siemens
* Ensure all equipment follows Ford Controls Standard Specifications
* New and retooled machinery
* Assist with troubleshooting of machinery when downtime occurs
* Lead is controls/electrical issue

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience working as a Controls Engineer
- Siemens Step 7 programming and troubleshooting experience
- Fanuc controls troubleshooting experience
- Allen Bradley RS Logix, Control Logix, and Micro Logix (EMDO) experience
- Mechanical troubleshooting experience
- Machining experience (Mazak, Monarch, Groves, Hellers, Haas, CNC)
- Experience troubleshooting of machinery
