Job description:

Set-up the CNC lathe and CNC machining center. Program offline using mastercam software and a laptop PC. Able to program or modify existing programs on the machine utilizing the machine keyboard. Perform daily, weekly, mothly, and 6 moth interval TPM on equipment. Ensure quality of product being produced by working with Quality Deparment to produce FAI on first piece. Handle materials properly and safely

• Import data into Mastercam for purpose of programming

• Program Offline using Mastercam and download programs to machine

• Program off machine keyboard

• Perform work according to company safety practices.

• Work without direct supervision on assigned tasks.

• Data supervision and keeping of

• Work with wireless networked machine and downloads

• Minimum 1 year direct work experience with HAAS CNC equipment OR

• A minimum of 3 years experience with mastercam and CNC equipment

• Ability to work with design engineers and machine builders

• Knowledge of GD&T standards and implementation.

• Ability and Knowledge to work with Manufacturing Engineers for corrections and as built conditions.

• Ability to represent the company to customers and all levels of corporation levels.
