An intermediate line cook requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience. An intermediate cook should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. Intermediate cook will work single stations in the kitchen and require significant supervision and training.

The hourly rate for this position is $22.66 per hour. This is the pay range for this position at Alila Ventana Big Sur reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors including experience and education and training level.

SIGN-ON BONUS

The $1,000 sign-on bonus (less applicable taxes) for this role will be scheduled to be paid-out in 2 increments. $500 paid-out after 90 days of service, and the secondary installment of $500 paid-out after completion of 180 days of service. This sign-on Bonus is only applicable if you start prior to April 18th.
