  • Commit to a 3-semester structured rotation with the same team, fostering continuity and deep collaboration throughput the co-op experience
  • Identify, visualize, analyze, and optimize business processes
  • Support the development of Knowledge Management content, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Glossary of Terminology and team pages
  • Apply industrial engineering and 6 sigma principles to business processes
  • Assist in the delivery of new tools, content and communications
  • Utilize business process documentation and knowledge to support new hire, recurrent, and new delivery technology training
  • Students must be able to complete 3 alternating rotations in Atlanta, GA in line with the below schedule:

    • Spring 2025 - 1st rotation

    • Fall 2025 - 2nd rotation

    • Summer 2026 - 3rd rotation


What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program and currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Instructional Design or Business Management
  • Willing to relocate to Delta's General Offices in Atlanta, GA and work on site for the duration of the Co-op program
  • Must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Must be self-sufficient and complete assignments with minimal supervision
  • Must be detail oriented and perform well under pressure
  • Must be eager to accept responsibility and create value-added projects
  • Must demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Must demonstrate a professional demeanor when interacting with all levels
  • Must be able to commit to three alternating work semesters
  • Must exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work with and safeguard confidential and sensitive information
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • At least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
