The Project Manager CO-OP will play a crucial role in supporting and contributing to various business projects and initiatives within the IFS program. Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):
• Assist in identifying, researching, and planning continuous improvement efforts across IFS program execution.
• Support data sourcing, research, and trend analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to contribute to the development and execution of strategies and initiatives.
• Provide support in generating ideas and recommendations focused on enhancing the FA experience.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and organizational alignment.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings to communicate project plans, goals, and progress.
• Contribute to regular status reports and updates for stakeholders and sponsors.
• Support the creation of presentations and data-driven reports.

• Undergraduate students in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles, and value inclusivity.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety and security .
• Possesses excellent problem-solving skills, able to collaborate effectively with PMO team members.
• Proficient in using PC software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Smartsheet and Power BI experience a plus.
• Exhibits a drive for results and takes ownership of assigned task and responsibilities.
• Detailed-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage time.
