JOB SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient management of the aquatic instructional programs. These include the elementary water safety program (Water Safety School), the community learn to swim program, the adaptive learn to swim program, the water fitness program, and the camp program. This position is responsible for the recruitment and training of water safety instructors, camp counselors, and fitness instructors; in addition, this position is responsible for ongoing participation and delivery of staff in-service training. This position is under the direction of the Aquatics Manager.
